The system validates source data itself and sends error notifications directly to data providers. It checks not only technical but also factual accuracy.

There is no need to unify the accounting charts in individual companies. Just map the accounts to the group accounting chart directly in the solution.
It is easy to create reports analyzing business transactions within the group.
GIST Intelligence supports controlling activities in the areas of financial controlling and consolidation. The process of planning and evaluating the economic results of the CSG group, and the subsequent process of consolidating accounting data and creating aggregated reports.
The solution is prepared in such a way that by simply parameterizing it, it is possible to respond to changes in the holding structure and involve new companies or omit them.
The system enables not only the compilation of aggregated outputs from actual data, but also the compilation of financial plans of individual companies and the compilation of plan statements..
The primary users are employees of the company's Finance & Controlling department, who are solution administrators and report creators. Recipients of information are mainly members of the group's management.
In 2024, the existing solution was developed with the Purchase module, which will support the controlling evaluation of the purchasing process and suppliers across the CSG group. The primary user of the solution is CSG DEAL, an umbrella group purchasing company.
Individual companies in the group are allowed access to data in the system.
